Operations Executive – India

Contract / Freelance Onsite — Pune Mon–Fri, 10am–5pm Part-Time

Support the on-ground rollout and ongoing operations of AlertCheckin — a mobile workforce management platform — at a corporate client site in Pune. You will serve as the face of Computer Guardians on the ground, working directly with client stakeholders, frontline staff, and security personnel to ensure a smooth deployment and continued adoption.

About the Role

Computer Guardians is an Australian technology company delivering enterprise-grade software solutions. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and people-oriented Operations Executive to represent us on the ground in Pune during the pilot deployment of AlertCheckin with a major corporate client. You will work face-to-face with client representatives, security supervisors, and frontline guards — guiding them through onboarding, resolving day-to-day issues, and keeping the project lead in Melbourne informed of progress.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary on-ground representative of Computer Guardians with the client
  • Assist users with mobile app installation, login, and initial setup on Android devices
  • Conduct training sessions — both group and one-on-one — in Marathi and Hindi
  • Liaise professionally with client supervisors and management on a day-to-day basis
  • Troubleshoot common smartphone and app issues on the spot
  • Track daily onboarding progress and share reports with the project lead in Melbourne
  • Escalate technical issues with screenshots to the support team via WhatsApp
  • Collect user feedback and relay to the coordination team
  • Travel to the client site as required (covered as part of your daily engagement)

What We Are Looking For

  • Fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English — all three are mandatory
  • Gujarati speaker — highly desirable but not required
  • Presentable and professional — comfortable representing an Australian company to corporate clients
  • Comfortable with Android smartphones — app install, permissions, basic settings
  • Confident working with large groups including field workers and security personnel
  • Organised — able to maintain a daily tracker in Excel or Google Sheets
  • WhatsApp proficient for real-time updates and escalations
  • Own transport (two-wheeler) preferred for site travel
  • 1–3 years experience in field operations, client coordination, IT support, or training roles preferred
